Blend the oats in a blender until they are a fine powder. Cover and mix until smooth, adding 2 ice cubes, banana, coconut milk, lemon juice, vanilla, and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Blend in the mango and pineapple for at least 1 minute, or until smooth.
Fill two large chilled glasses halfway with the smoothie and top with a pineapple wedge.
