Mix salt, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, coriander, thyme, and other dry spices in a separate bowl. Use a fork to stir the mixture until all the ingredients are evenly distributed and have formed a seasoning. To ensure that the pork is evenly seasoned, this will be used as a rub. Using a dry hand, liberally sprinkle the rub over the tenderloin. Then, using gentle pressure, rub the pork tenderloin on both sides with the spice.
The olive oil should be heated in a sizable skillet over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for a minute while stirring. Using tongs to turn the meat, place the tenderloin in the pan and fry for about 10 minutes, scorching both sides of the pork. Cook the meat for 20 minutes after moving it to a roasting pan. Slice, then dish.
