HOW TO SECURE LIFTING STRAPS

When it comes to putting on lifting straps, there isn't much to it, but there are three simple steps to follow. To put your lifting straps on and utilize them, follow these steps:

  1. Make a circle by sliding one end of the long strap through the loop slot.
  2. Slide the loop across and onto your wrist by opening your hand's palms up.
  3. Make sure the ends of each strap are pointing in the same direction as your thumbs.
