Healthy Cherry Almond Oatmeal Smoothie

3 tablespoons 1-minute oats

1 1/2 cups frozen pitted sweet cherries

1/3 cup 0-percent Greek yogurt

2 teaspoons honey

1/8 teaspoon almond extract

Kosher salt


  1. Combine the oats and 1/4 cup boiling water in a small bowl and let aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the oat mixture, cherries, yogurt, 2 tablespoons cold water, honey, almond extract, and a pinch of salt in the pitcher of a blender.
    Blend on high until completely smooth.
    Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
