Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

1 cup oat milk, plus more as needed (see Cook's Note)

2 cups fresh baby spinach

1 cup frozen banana slices

1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats

2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

3 pitted Medjool dates


  1. Blend the dates, oats, flaxseed, blueberries, raspberries, yogurt, spinach, and oat milk.
  2. About 3 minutes on high speed will get the job done.
  3. Add more oat milk as needed to achieve the desired consistency. Divide between two 12-ounce glasses.
