Looking to increase your Dip exercise? This is one of the basic workout to build the foundation for Dips.

Bench dips work almost the same muscles as a regular dip, with the primary emphasis on your Triceps and secondary involvement from your Shoulders and Chest. Doing bench dips regularly builds your strength to do regular dips using a dip bar.

Keep point.

1.keep the knees slightly bend

2.focus on isolating the muscles so keep the range limited if you need

3.keep the tempo slow 2-3sec slow on the way down
