Intermediate Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

6 bar muscle-ups
4 power cleans

♀ 115 lb ♂ 175 lb

Beginner Option:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
12 push-ups
8 assisted pull-ups
4 power cleans

♀ 45 lb ♂ 65 lb
