Boot camp is an outdoor, group-based training activity, focusing on functional and fun exercises to increase fitness and stamina.
Where: Kwong Hon Terrace Garden, off Aberdeen and Staunton
When: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 6:30-7:30pm
Price: $200 per class
The exercises performed during the session can include running, jumping, push-ups, burpees and more.
Boot camp is a great introduction to our personal training sessions.
Bring a towel, sufficient water, a positive attitude and meet the team. You will definitely be motivated by your fellow boot campers!
